Once purchased our team will start working on your order. We then use Amazon to fulfil our orders as they have an extremely efficient shipping system that we can trust to ensure our customers get their parcels exactly as expected.
Amazon’s delivery network provides a trackable service, which usually takes around 3 working days depending on the service you choose.
If you have not received it within 10 days then please contact us via email: email@example.com.
You will receive an email from us to say the order has been despatched (please check your junk mail for our email) and then a separate email from Amazon which enables you to track your order.
We process orders Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Amazon will despatch either the next working day and sometimes can be a weekend delivery. Please note that you will receive an email from Amazon with tracking information but the time will not be specified.
