Return & Exchange
If you are reading this you may have ordered (or about to order) a product from us. We'd firstly like to thank you for supporting our business - we are committed to our customers and promise to deliver the highest quality products and customer service possible.
We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product or change your mind and wish to return the product to us, just let us know at email@example.com.
Once you have notified us that you wish to return a product, please return that product to us in its original condition within 30 days. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase (your order number) and we will then confirm the returns postal address.
Please note that any product you return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Before you post you must get proof of shipping and appropriate insurance cover from the Royal Mail or whomever you are sending it with. If it gets lost in the post you will have to claim the value of the product back from your shipping company as we cannot refund for a product we have not received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment (credit or debit card, or PayPal), within 5-10 days or a replacement product sent out.
Kindly also note the following conditions for exchange and return
- Two months: If the product fails to perform as promised during the first two month, we will replace it or offer a discount or full refund. However, the customer has to provide proof of product failure/fault via picture or video. We will not cover any damages that occurred by client faults.
- Six months: If the claim is made after two months we have to conduct a little more careful inspection of the claim. After screening we will cover the claim for the first six months. However again if the damage is done by a customer's mistake we will not be able to provide any help.
- After six months: After six months, we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement before conducting an in-depth review of the product. If we find any manufacturing fault then we will accept the claim. To keep customers happy we can also offer a 20% discount on their next order.
